The smaller accent compass star is solid steel and measures at about 4mm x 4mm. The 14g straight barbell is constructed from 316L stainless steel and two 5mm balls. Wearable area is 1 & 3/8" (35mm). Easy external threading. Sold individually. Intended for healed piercings only.
