At Urban Body Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, we accept returns on unworn items in their original, heat-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still inside its original clear, heat-sealed baggie; once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the sealed items in a padded envelope or small box along with a copy of your invoice to ensure the jewelry is protected and identified during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 3-5 business days.
