In the center there is a 3mm clear cz gem with a ring around, resembling Saturn. It is dangling from an internally threaded, prong set, clear cz gem. The flat back on the end measures at 4mm and the dangling design measures 10mm x 10mm. Size is 16G with a 5/16" (8mm) wearable length. It is made from surgical 316L stainless steel.
